Who we are
Benjamin Tyekiff is a sole trader trading as ReelFlight, an FPV and cinematic drone filming studio based in Dorset, UK. For anything relating to this policy, contact info@reelflight.co.uk or 07415 710844.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or arrange a consultation, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, property type, project location and message.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange filming and keep in touch about your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR, we process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, and where a project goes ahead, to perform our agreement with you.
Third-party services
Consultations are booked through Google Calendar, and links to Instagram open their own sites. Those services handle your information under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your project and meet any legal or accounting obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Website data and cookies
This site does not currently install advertising or analytics cookies. Standard technical request data may be processed by the website hosting service for security and reliability. If measurement or advertising tools are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used.
